JPMorgan Invest was launched in September 2003 and has evolved to offer a broad range of products and services to assist clients with investment planning and brokerage services.
JPMorgan wanted to reach their target audience to both provide educational information on retirement planning and investment options and build a positive JPMorgan Chase brand experience. JPMorgan Invest wanted to create long-term relationships with its targeted audiences over the course of their employment and retirement planning years.
Appropriately named Re:Think Retirement, Cramer designed a modular environment that travels to various locations and invites a group of future retirees to participate, learn and ultimately begin planning for their retirement. Audiences are drawn toward the space through dramatic, oversized compelling visuals, messaging and media of retirement and JPMorganChase branding. The exhibit included a row of interactive kiosks, where participants could develop a customized plan based on their retirement goals.
