Norwood, MA, August 12, 2008 – Cramer, a digital marketing and event solutions agency, announced today the success of the Zurich Leadership Conference, which was held on May 27-29, 2008 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Roughly 500 of the company’s managers attended the Conference, in a display of passion and energy to deliver on Zurich’s strategic cornerstones and assert its position as a true global leader in the insurance industry. The conference encompassed a series of brainstorming and networking meetings for Zurich’s managers. “The event space throughout the hotel had to inspire creativity, excite the leaders in attendance, foster new internal alliances and encourage attendees to share best practices with one another,” said Rich Sturchio, Executive Vice President, Creative Services, Cramer. “Cramer was also charged with using the space to help reinforce brand values among the Zurich managers. We used creative materials, signage and inventive fabric sculptures to saturate every area the attendees walked through, including the large conference rooms, hallways and meeting areas, to create an all-encompassing Zurich experience.”
For the event, Cramer constructed a customized 78 foot wide by 17foot tall presentation screen displaying Cramer-produced, high-quality video content and presentations. The hallways, atrium and multiple meeting and conference rooms were transformed, as well as the Grand Ballroom, with specific themes to drive home Zurich’s recipes for growth and brand awareness. Finishing touches included the creation of three-dimensional fabric towers in the shape and color of the Zurich logo, freestanding banners reminding attendees of Zurich’s core values and frosted company logo decals covering windows and doors throughout the meeting areas. This immersive branded environment also extended through an outdoor hallway into the neighboring JW Marriott hotel, which held additional breakout sessions.
