NORWOOD, MA, April 24, 2008 – Cramer, a digital marketing and event solutions agency, today announced that Michael J. Curran, Chairman and CEO of the Boston Stock Exchange, has joined the company’s advisory board. Cramer’s advisory board meets quarterly with Cramer CEO and founder Tom Martin and his executive team to lend insight and expertise to the company’s business strategies and long-term planning efforts.

Curran has more than 30 years of regional and global experience within the financial services and information technology industries. Prior to joining the Boston Stock Exchange, Curran held a number of senior executive positions with Zurich Scudder Investments. Before joining Zurich Scudder, Curran was the Partner in Charge (Northeast Region) of Coopers & Lybrand’s Information Technology Consulting Practice.

Curran joins a board comprised of New England notables from a variety of industries, including:
• Kirk Arnold: Arnold recently joined Avid Technology, Inc. as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Avid’s Professional Video business unit. Prior to joining Avid, she was President and CEO of Keane Inc., a billion dollar consulting and outsourcing business based in Boston, MA. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of Product, Consulting and Marketing for Fidelity Human Resources Company, a business unit of Fidelity Employer Services Company.
• Terry Carlton: Carlton is Executive Vice President at Hill Holliday. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Source MDx and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Bentley College and Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.
• James Coppersmith: Coppersmith is Chairman on the Board of Trustees at Emerson College. He is also on the Board of Directors of BJ’s Wholesale Club and is a Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rasky Baerlein Group, a public relations firm. He was formerly President and General Manager of WCVB-TV, New England's Channel 5.
• Shawn Martin: Martin is one of the founders of Convexity Capital, a Boston-based institutional investment management firm founded in 2005. Previously, he was an executive at Harvard Management Co., which manages the investment of about half of Harvard University’s endowment.
• Joanna Horobin, MD: Horobin is the president and CEO of Syndax Pharmaceuticals. She has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical drug development experience in multiple therapeutic areas. She has held executive positions in clinical development, marketing and general operations with companies in the United Kingdom, France and the United States.
• Paul Palmer: Palmer’s career as an international executive with IBM spanned more than 35 years, the last 10 as Vice President and General Manager. Palmer has served as a board member for a number of charitable organizations in the New England area including the Boy Scouts of America, the United Way and the Boston Chamber of Commerce. Additionally Palmer served as Chairman of the Black Achievers Board of Commissioners.
