- 1999 – Cramer becomes New England’s largest production company; with a staff of 125 and an advanced production facility, Cramer becomes the first choice for national and global clients
- 1999 – Cramer wins its first MIMC/MITX award, the first of seven awards for creative excellence in interactive technology and web design
- 2001 – Cramer Productions becomes Cramer; new name reflects the evolution of Cramer into an integrated marketing communications company

- 2006 – CEO Tom Martin inducted into Silver Circle by the Board of Governors of the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Television Academy, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to television over 25 years or more
- 2006 – Cramer launches healthcare division
