Heather McCann is the Vice President of Human Resources for Cramer. Under Heather’s leadership, Cramer attracts and retains a dynamic, high performance team dedicated to superior customer service. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Heather goes beyond the traditional HR aspects of hiring, compensation, and benefits. She has been actively involved in the development of the long range vision and strategy for Cramer. Moreover, Heather has helped the senior leadership team think about how changes in strategy affect the entire company, including corporate culture, morale, compensation, staffing, and organizational design changes.

Heather started her career in HR at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Cramer, she held various management positions and international assignments at Harcourt General, Gateway, and Epsilon. She holds a BS in Business Management and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resources Association.
